AZH Advisory Engages in High-Level Dialogue with China Construction Industry Association and China State Construction Engineering Corporation in Beijing

As part of its ongoing mission to deepen China-UAE strategic cooperation in infrastructure and development, AZH Advisory Ltd. held a high-level meeting in Beijing with the China Construction Industry Association (CCIA), China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), and its subsidiary CSCEC Electronic Information Technology Co., Ltd. The talks were hosted at CSCEC and marked a key step in exploring broader collaboration between leading Chinese construction groups and public-private partners in the UAE.
The meeting was opened by Mr. Jinzhang Liu, Vice Chairman of CCIA, who emphasized China’s long-standing commitment to international infrastructure cooperation. He acknowledged the UAE’s rapid economic development in recent years, noting that the country’s substantial investment in large-scale infrastructure has brought tangible benefits to its citizens. He expressed hope that more Chinese construction enterprises will pursue deeper, results-oriented partnerships with government and commercial entities in the Emirates.

H.E. Dr. Mohamed Rashed Ahmed Alhameli, Chairman of AZH Advisory and former Director General of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, shared his appreciation for CSCEC’s contributions to the region, particularly highlighting the iconic Palm Jumeirah Island and Abu Dhabi Zayed International Airport, both constructed by China State Construction as a testament to world-class engineering excellence. He praised China’s construction capabilities and reiterated AZH’s intention to serve as a long-term bridge between Emirati institutional demand and Chinese industrial strength.
Also present at the meeting were Mr. Qingjun Sun, Chairman of CSCEC Electronic Information Technology, and Mr. Zhi Li, General Manager of CSCEC’s Overseas Division, who provided insights into the corporation’s international expansion strategy and digital construction technologies.

Following the formal dialogue, the AZH delegation, led by Dr. Alhameli, Mr. Mingguo Bai (AZH CEO), and Mr. Zhe Liu (General Manager, Greater China Region), was invited to visit the China State Construction Exhibition Hall located in Beijing’s Shijingshan District. The visit showcased CSCEC’s global project portfolio and its long-term commitment to engineering innovation and excellence.
This engagement underscores AZH Advisory’s commitment to facilitating high-impact dialogues between China’s top industrial players and the UAE’s national development agenda, with a focus on driving infrastructure cooperation, technology integration, and long-term investment partnerships.
