H.E. Dr.Mohamed Rashed Al Hameli
Chairman
Advisor, Office of the Ruler’s Representative in Al Ain (Office of the Deputy Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi).
As Chairman, Dr. Al Hameli leads the AZH board. Over more than 30 years in Abu Dhabi government he has served as Secretary General of the Executive Council, Undersecretary of the Department of Finance and Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and has chaired the boards of SEHA, SENAAT and Emirates Steel.

Chief Executive Officer
Former Chief Executive Officer and director of a regulated financial institution in Abu Dhabi Global Market.
Bai Mingguo has extensive experience in the financial industry and has served on the boards of several other companies. At AZH he leads the company’s work with clients, from strategy and operations to the trading technology AZH develops in-house.
